About

Built by operators, for operators.

CompanyOps is the productized operating system for running every function of your business with AI agents while you keep the judgment. Not a tools survey. Not a coaching program. A live, productized system you install at the rung that matches your readiness today.

What this is

Productized. Governance-first. Operator-grade.

CompanyOps was not designed in an academic frame. It was extracted from the work — real operating teams running real deliverables, building the SOPs that made the work compound, turning those SOPs into agents, and putting governance around the agents so the operator stayed in the loop where judgment matters.

The five productized tiers exist because operators don't all install the same way. Tier 00 (the front door) qualifies and educates. Tier 01 (the OS) is the productized library. Tier 02 (Builder) is the lead-and-conversion mechanism. Tier 03 (Orchestrator) runs the agent teams. Tier 04 (Architect) builds them. Tier 05 (Services) walks alongside operators who want supervised installation. Every tier is a discrete rung on the maturity ladder — distinct, valuable on its own, an obvious upgrade path to the next.

Why now

December was the inflection point.

In November 2025, "AI agent" was still mostly talk. Then December happened. Coding agents and file-aware tools moved from interesting to reliably productive. The models improved, but the harness improved more — the layer that lets the model operate inside an operator's real work: files, drafts, spreadsheets, decks, inbox, process. The result was discontinuous, not gradual. Execution started to compound.

The risk for operators isn't that AI does everything. The risk is that AI does enough of an operator's job, fast enough, that the role can be reorganized away — and the operator who remains is the one who can direct the system. CompanyOps is for becoming that operator. Not by buying more tools. By installing AI as an operating capability — context, deliverables, workflows, agents, governance — productized at five tiers.

The Brand Mark

The mark is the thesis.

The frame is the company structure — three sides, open at the bottom, where operators enter. The nine seats inside the structure are the operator positions. Eight of those seats are filled by AI agents executing — drafting, scheduling, summarizing, producing, coordinating. One seat — the center, in electric blue — is the operator with judgment.

That center dot is the operator who remains. The one who reads the agent output, sets the policy, makes the call, signs the deal. The one who governs the system. The one this whole company is built around.

The headline says "AI executes. You govern." The mark says it back without a single word.

How we work

Operating principles, locked in.

CompanyOps inherits its operating principles directly from the CEO-AI-OS book. Every product decision, every page, every deliverable runs through these.

AI produces. Humans govern.

The whole operating system follows from this one sentence. Agents execute the production layer. Operators set policy, define quality, approve at the gates that matter, capture the lessons. Governance lives at the policy level, not the task level.

Decision-grade deliverables.

Every CompanyOps deliverable is sized to a decision. Not a brainstorm. Not a draft. Not "directionally correct." Decision-grade — the operator can read the output, make the call, and move on. The discipline of the format is what makes the system usable.

This is not a tools book.

Tools change every quarter. The operating system does not. CompanyOps is what stays constant when the model behind it changes, when the platforms shift, when a new agent framework lands. The discipline is what compounds; the tools come and go.

The maturity ladder.

L1 (work in heads) → L2 (documented) → L3 (AI workflows) → L4 (agents with governance) → L5 (reinvented value). The ladder is shared language. Once an org adopts it, the conversation about what to build next gets dramatically cheaper. Every CompanyOps tier maps to a rung.
